- 1 medium sweet potato, peeled and diced
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped

- ½ cup natural peanut butter
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 3 cups chopped kale or spinach

Instructions
- Prepare the Base: Heat coconut oil in a large pot, sauté onion until translucent, add garlic and ginger, then spices.
