  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated

Glaze:

  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch + 1 tablespoon water (for slurry)

Garnish:

  • Sliced green onions and sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Marinate the Chicken: Whisk together soy sauce, hoisin sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and chili garlic sauce. Marinate chicken in half of the mixture.
  2. Air Fry: Preheat to 375°F. Cook chicken for 14–16 minutes, flipping halfway.
  3. Make Glaze: Simmer reserved marinade, add cornstarch slurry, and thicken.
