Chicken:

Marinade:
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
- ½ teaspoon chili garlic sauce (optional, for heat)
Glaze:
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch + 1 tablespoon water (for slurry)
Garnish:
- Sliced green onions and sesame seeds
Instructions
- Marinate the Chicken: Whisk together soy sauce, hoisin sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and chili garlic sauce. Marinate chicken in half of the mixture.
- Air Fry: Preheat to 375°F. Cook chicken for 14–16 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Make Glaze: Simmer reserved marinade, add cornstarch slurry, and thicken.
- Glaze and Serve: Brush chicken with glaze, garnish, and serve hot.
