For the Bang Bang Sauce:
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust to taste)
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Season Salmon: Toss the salmon cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until coated.
- Air Fry: Arrange salmon in a single layer in the air fryer. Air fry for 6–8 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Make Bang Bang Sauce: Whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and rice vinegar.
- Serve: Drizzle salmon with sauce or toss to coat. Garnish with green onions or sesame seeds.
