Instructions
- Preheat Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (193°C) to ensure it is hot and ready for cooking the egg rolls evenly.
- Prepare Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, shredded cheddar cheese, and softened cream cheese thoroughly to create a creamy, spicy filling.
- Assemble Egg Rolls: Place a spoonful of the buffalo chicken mixture in the center of each egg roll wrapper. Fold the edges tightly to seal the filling inside, ensuring no air is left inside the rolls.
