Ingredients
Scale
Ingredients:
- 1 can refrigerated pizza dough
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- marinara sauce for dipping (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C). Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface into a rectangle.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border. Layer the pepperoni slices on top of the cheese.
- Sprinkle garlic powder and Italian seasoning over the filling. Starting from the long edge, roll the dough tightly into a log.
- Pinch the seams to seal. Brush the roll with olive oil and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Place the roll in the air fryer basket on parchment paper. Cook for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing into pieces. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
Notes
- For extra flavor, brush the top with melted garlic butter after air frying.
- You can substitute pepperoni with cooked sausage, ham, or veggies.
- This recipe also works with crescent roll dough for smaller individual rolls.
