Description

This Air Fryer Pepperoni Roll recipe is a delicious and easy-to-make appetizer or snack that’s perfect for parties or game day. A flavorful combination of pizza dough, gooey cheese, savory pepperoni, and seasonings, all rolled up and air fried to golden perfection.

Ingredients:

  • 1 can refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • marinara sauce for dipping (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C). Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface into a rectangle.
  2. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border. Layer the pepperoni slices on top of the cheese.
  3. Sprinkle garlic powder and Italian seasoning over the filling. Starting from the long edge, roll the dough tightly into a log.
  4. Pinch the seams to seal. Brush the roll with olive oil and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  5. Place the roll in the air fryer basket on parchment paper. Cook for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing into pieces. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.

  • For extra flavor, brush the top with melted garlic butter after air frying.
  • You can substitute pepperoni with cooked sausage, ham, or veggies.
