- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 1½ tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
- Preheat your oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease/flour a 9×13-inch pan.
- Mix bananas: Mash bananas with lemon juice.
- Prepare dry ingredients: Whisk flour, baking soda, and salt together.
- Cream butter and sugar: Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
- Add eggs and vanilla: Beat in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla.
- Combine ingredients: Stir in banana mixture, alternating with buttermilk and dry ingredients.
- Bake: Pour batter into pan and bake for 45–50 minutes.
- Make frosting: Beat cream cheese and butter, then add sugar, vanilla, and salt.
- Frost cake: Spread frosting over cooled cake.
