Description

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven and prepare the pan: Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  2. Prepare the dry ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  3. Mix the wet ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together the oil, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients: Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
  5. Add apples and nuts: Fold in the chopped apples and nuts if using.
