Apple Filling:

  • ¼ cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg

Crisp Topping:

  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup old-fashioned oats
  • ½ cup packed light brown sugar
  • ¼ cup chopped pecans (optional)
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
  • Caramel sauce for drizzling (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Press into pan and bake.
  2. Beat cream cheese and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Pour over crust.
