Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch round or square baking pan.
- Prepare the Cake Batter: In a medium bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients. In a separate large bowl, cream the butter and sugars, then mix in eggs and vanilla. Add sour cream and dry ingredients, then fold in diced apples. Spread batter in the pan.
- Make the Streusel Topping: Mix brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon. Cut in cold butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over the cake batter.
