Instructions
- Combine Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, mix desiccated coconut, peanut butter, condensed milk, honey, apricots, oats, vanilla, and salt until a sticky dough forms.
- Roll into Balls: Shape mixture into 1-inch balls, then roll in extra coconut.
- Chill: Place on a tray, refrigerate for 1 hour until firm.
