Description

  • 1/4 cup honey

  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Additional:

  • Extra desiccated coconut for rolling

Instructions

  1. Combine Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, mix desiccated coconut, peanut butter, condensed milk, honey, apricots, oats, vanilla, and salt until a sticky dough forms.
  2. Roll into Balls: Shape mixture into 1-inch balls, then roll in extra coconut.
  3. Chill: Place on a tray, refrigerate for 1 hour until firm.
