Instructions
- Marinate the beef: In a medium bowl, combine sliced flank steak with soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, cornstarch, and sesame oil. Marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Prepare the sauce: Whisk together 2 tablespoons soy sauce, brown sugar, and 1 teaspoon cornstarch with ¼ cup water.
