  • 2 cups finely chopped cooked broccoli
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (plus more for coating)
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • olive oil spray for baking

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix ingredients: In a large bowl, combine broccoli, cheddar cheese, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, onion powder, pepper, salt, and parsley. Mix well.
