Cream Cheese Mixture:

  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Topping:

  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Cook spaghetti: Cook the spaghetti until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  3. Prepare meat sauce: Brown ground beef in olive oil, then add marinara sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
