  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)

  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Prepare Feta Mixture: In an oven-safe skillet, sauté garlic in olive oil. Add cherry tomatoes, oregano, and red pepper flakes, cook until tomatoes soften. Remove from heat, stir in feta.
  3. Add Eggs: Make wells in the mixture, crack eggs into each. Season with salt and pepper.

  5. Finish & Serve: Garnish with basil or parsley, serve warm with bread.
