Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Toss the fries: In a large bowl, toss the potato fries with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder until evenly coated.
- Bake: Spread the fries in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 30–35 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
