  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Topping:

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped chives or parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook Potatoes: Boil the potato chunks in salted water for 15-20 minutes until fork-tender. Drain and mash with butter, warmed milk, sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
