Marinade:
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Chicken:
- 1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, honey, Dijon mustard, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Place the chicken in a large resealable plastic bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over the top. Seal or cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, preferably 2–4 hours for best flavor.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and let any excess drip off. Grill, bake, or pan-sear the chicken until fully cooked and juices run clear (internal temperature should reach 165°F/74°C).
- Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
