Instructions
- Prepare the Bang Bang Chicken: In a medium bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, rice vinegar, and honey until smooth. Add the shredded chicken and stir until evenly coated.
- Make the Slaw: In a separate small bowl, toss coleslaw mix with lime juice and a pinch of salt.
- Assemble the Sliders: Warm the slider buns slightly, if desired. Spoon a generous amount of bang bang chicken onto the bottom half of each bun, top with a small scoop of slaw, sprinkle with cilantro (if using), and place the top bun on.
