- 3 cloves garlic (minced)

- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- 1 tablespoon lemon zest

Instructions
- Marinate the Chicken: In a large bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, chopped basil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Toss chicken to coat, then marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Prepare Skewers: Thread chicken onto skewers and grill for 10–12 minutes until cooked through.
- Make Whipped Ricotta: Blend ricotta, olive oil, garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until creamy.
