  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Zucchini:

  • 2 medium zucchinis, sliced into half-moons
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Ground Beef Mixture: In a large skillet over medium heat, sauté diced onion in olive oil. Add ground beef, cooking until browned. Drain excess grease.
  2. Season and Cook: Stir in garlic, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Add sliced zucchini and cook until tender.
