Zucchini:
- 2 medium zucchinis, sliced into half-moons

Instructions
- Prepare Ground Beef Mixture: In a large skillet over medium heat, sauté diced onion in olive oil. Add ground beef, cooking until browned. Drain excess grease.
- Season and Cook: Stir in garlic, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Add sliced zucchini and cook until tender.
- Optional Cheese: Sprinkle cheese over the top and cover the skillet until melted.
