- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough or pizza dough
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives (optional)
- 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper (optional)
- Nonstick cooking spray or butter for greasing
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9-inch pie dish.
- Cook the Beef: In a skillet, cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic until browned. Drain excess grease and add salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and pizza sauce. Simmer for 2–3 minutes.
- Prepare the Pie: Press dough into the pie dish. Spoon beef mixture over the crust. Top with cheeses, olives, and bell pepper if using.
- Bake: Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden and bubbly. Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing.
