Croissant Bake:
- 5–6 large croissants, torn into bite-sized pieces
- 2 cups fresh mixed berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries)
Custard:
- 6 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups whole milk
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Optional:
- Powdered sugar for dusting
- Maple syrup for serving
Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish. Arrange croissant pieces in the dish and top with berries.
- Mix Custard: Whisk eggs, milk, cream, sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon. Pour over croissants and berries.
