Fruit Mixture:
- 1 pound fresh strawberries (hulled and sliced)
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
Tiramisu Layers:
- 1 package (7 oz) ladyfingers
- 8 oz mascarpone cheese (softened)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp orange juice or berry liqueur (optional)
Garnish:
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Fruit Mixture: In a medium bowl, combine strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, granulated sugar, and lemon juice. Allow to macerate for 15 minutes.
- Tiramisu Layers: Beat mascarpone, heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Dip ladyfingers in orange juice or liqueur, layer in dish. Add mascarpone mixture and berries. Repeat layers.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Garnish with mint before serving.
Notes
- You can use whipped topping instead of heavy cream.
- Frozen berries can be substituted for fresh; thaw and drain before use.
