  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

Tiramisu Layers:

  • 1 package (7 oz) ladyfingers
  • 8 oz mascarpone cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp orange juice or berry liqueur (optional)

Garnish:

  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Fruit Mixture: In a medium bowl, combine strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, granulated sugar, and lemon juice. Allow to macerate for 15 minutes.
  2. Tiramisu Layers: Beat mascarpone, heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Dip ladyfingers in orange juice or liqueur, layer in dish. Add mascarpone mixture and berries. Repeat layers.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Garnish with mint before serving.
