Ingredients for Best Deviled Eggs:
- 6 large eggs, hard-boiled and peeled
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)

Instructions
- Slice and Prep Eggs: Slice the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise and carefully remove the yolks, placing them in a medium bowl. Set the egg whites aside on a serving platter.
- Prepare Filling: Mash the yolks with a fork until smooth. Add the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, white vinegar, salt, pepper, and garlic powder (if using), and mix until creamy and well combined.
- Adjust Seasoning and Fill Eggs: Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg white halves.
- Garnish and Chill: Garnish with a light sprinkle of paprika and fresh herbs, if desired. Chill for at least 20 minutes before serving.
