  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt to taste
  • 12 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the diced onion and jalapeño, and sauté until soft, about 3–4 minutes.
  2. Reduce the heat to low and stir in the milk and heavy cream. Slowly add the white American cheese, stirring constantly until fully melted and smooth.
