  • 1 large tomato, diced
  • ¼ cup dill pickle slices
  • 2 tablespoons vegan mayo (optional)

Instructions

  2. Assemble the wraps: Warm tortillas slightly. Spread vegan mayo on each wrap. Divide the filling among the wraps, top with lettuce, tomato, and pickles. Roll up tightly like a burrito and slice in half to serve.
