- 1 tablespoon soy sauce or tamari
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded vegan cheddar cheese
For assembling:
- 4 large flour tortillas or wraps
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 large tomato, diced
- ¼ cup dill pickle slices
- 2 tablespoons vegan mayo (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the filling: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onion and sauté until softened. Add garlic and cook briefly. Stir in plant-based ground meat and cook until browned. Add ketchup, mustard, soy sauce, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until well combined. Stir in shredded vegan cheese until melted.
- Assemble the wraps: Warm tortillas slightly. Spread vegan mayo on each wrap. Divide the filling among the wraps, top with lettuce, tomato, and pickles. Roll up tightly like a burrito and slice in half to serve.
