Ingredients
Crust:

- 3 large eggs

- 1 cup heavy whipping cream

Instructions
- Prepare the Crust: Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C). Mix cookie crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press into a 9-inch springform pan.
- Make the Cheesecake Filling: Beat cream cheese and 1 cup sugar. Add eggs, vanilla, sour cream, flour, and melted chocolate. Pour over crust.
