- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Additional:

Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a 12-cup muffin tin. Boil potatoes until tender, then cool slightly.
