Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare Broccoli: Steam the broccoli until tender, then finely chop or pulse in a food processor until rice-sized.
- Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine chopped broccoli, cheddar cheese, Parmesan, panko, flour, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until the mixture holds together.
- Form Tater Tots: Scoop about 1 tablespoon of the mixture and form into small tot shapes. Place them on the baking sheet and lightly spray with olive oil.
- Bake: Bake for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crisp.
- Serve: Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
