Instructions

- Mix wet ingredients: In a large bowl, cream butter and brown sugar until fluffy. Beat in eggs, vanilla, and sour cream. Gradually add dry ingredients and mix well.
- Add peaches and bake: Gently fold in chopped peaches. Pour batter into dish, sprinkle cinnamon brown sugar topping. Bake for 35–40 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
