Bell Peppers:

  • 4 large bell peppers (halved and seeds removed)

Buffalo Chicken Mixture:

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese (plus extra for topping)
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Garnish:

  • Chopped green onions
  • Crumbled blue cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F. Arrange the halved bell peppers in a baking dish, cut side up.
