- 1/4 cup buffalo sauce
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

- 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt to taste
- 1–2 tablespoons water (as needed for consistency)

- Chopped parsley
- Crumbled blue cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Blend Ingredients: In a food processor, combine chickpeas, buffalo sauce, tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, smoked paprika, and a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Adjust Consistency: Add water a tablespoon at a time to reach your desired consistency.
- Season to Taste: Taste and adjust seasoning or heat level with more buffalo sauce if desired.
- Serve: Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with chopped parsley and crumbled blue cheese, if using. Serve with pita chips, celery sticks, carrots, or cucumber slices.
