Main Sauce:

- 1 tablespoon mirin (optional)
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the Sauce: In a medium bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, pear, rice vinegar, mirin if using, ginger, and black pepper until sugar is dissolved.
