- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce, plus extra for drizzling
- 1 cup chopped Butterfinger candy bars, divided
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Prepare the Crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the pan and bake for 8 minutes.
- Make the Filling: Beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, vanilla, and salt until smooth. Fold in Butterfinger and caramel.
- Bake: Pour filling over crust and bake for 30–35 minutes until just set. Cool and chill for 3 hours.
- Finish: Drizzle with caramel, sprinkle with more Butterfinger, and slice into bars before serving.
