Description

Graham Cracker Layer:

  • 1 package (14.4 oz) graham crackers, crushed (about 2 cups)

Caramel Layer:

  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Topping:

  • 1 ½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup chopped Butterfinger candy bars (about 4 bars)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper or foil.
  2. Melt butter and sugar: In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter and brown sugar until smooth and bubbling. Boil gently for 2–3 minutes, then remove from heat and stir in vanilla and salt.
  3. Layering: Press crushed graham crackers into the baking dish, pour caramel over it, bake for 10 minutes. Sprinkle chocolate chips, let melt, spread evenly. Top with Butterfinger pieces.
  4. Cool and chill: Cool at room temperature, then chill in the fridge for 1 hour. Slice and serve.
