For the Coating:

  • 1/2 cup cornstarch
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

For Frying:

  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Marinate the Chicken: In a large bowl, combine buttermilk and hot sauce. Add chicken tenders, ensuring they are fully coated. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
