  • 1 cup whole milk
  • ¼ cup water
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 large egg

For brushing:

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  2. Knead and Rise: Gradually add the remaining flour, knead the dough, let it rise until doubled.

  4. Finish: Brush with melted butter and serve warm.
