- 3 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp salt (or to taste)
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cajun Chicken: Pat the chicken dry and season with Cajun seasoning. Sear in olive oil until cooked through. Set aside.
- Creamy Cajun Sauce: In the same skillet, sauté garlic in butter. Add chicken broth, heavy cream, Parmesan, paprika, salt, and pepper. Simmer until thickened.
