  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce (optional)
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant but not browned.
  2. Stir in Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, lemon juice, and hot sauce (if using). Simmer for 2–3 minutes, stirring occasionally, to allow flavors to meld.
  3. Taste and add salt if needed. Remove from heat and stir in chopped parsley, if desired.
