- 1/8 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika

Sautéed Shrimp:
- 12 small cooked shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
Garnish:
- Fresh chives or parsley
Instructions
- Cook Eggs: Boil eggs, cool, peel, and halve them.
- Prepare Filling: Mix yolks with mayo, mustard, vinegar, spices until creamy.
- Sauté Shrimp: Quickly cook shrimp with Cajun seasoning in oil.
- Fill Eggs: Pipe yolk mixture into egg halves.
- Top & Garnish: Place sautéed shrimp on each egg half, garnish, and serve.
Notes
