For the Candy Cane Fudge:
- 3 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 1/2 cup crushed candy canes
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Prepare the Pan: Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper and lightly grease it.
- Melt the Ingredients: In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir continuously until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth.
- Add Flavor: Remove from heat and stir in the peppermint extract, vanilla extract, and salt. Gently fold in half of the crushed candy canes.
- Set the Fudge: Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Sprinkle the remaining crushed candy canes over the top and press lightly.
- Cool and Chill: Let the fudge cool at room temperature for 30 minutes, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm. Cut into squares before serving.
