A delightful Caprese Dip recipe that combines the classic flavors of a Caprese salad in a warm and gooey dip perfect for any gathering or party.
Ingredients
Cherry Tomato Mixture:
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 8 ounces fresh mozzarella (cubed or torn)
- ¼ cup chopped fresh basil
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze (plus more for drizzling)
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a small baking dish.
In a medium bowl, combine the cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, basil, olive oil, balsamic glaze, garlic, salt, and pepper. Stir gently to coat.
Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the tomatoes are softened.
Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, drizzle with additional balsamic glaze, and serve warm with toasted baguette slices or crostini.
Notes
- For a shortcut version, serve the dip cold and skip baking altogether.
- Add a pinch of crushed red pepper flakes for a little heat.
