- 6 individual graham cracker crusts or mini dessert cups
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- Extra whipped topping and chopped pecans for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Caramelize the Apples: In a medium skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the diced apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and lemon juice. Cook for 5-7 minutes until tender and caramelized. Remove from heat and cool slightly.
- Prepare the Vanilla Pudding: In a bowl, whisk together the instant pudding mix and cold milk until thickened. Fold in the whipped topping until smooth.
- Assemble the Dessert Cups: Spoon pudding mixture into each crust/cup. Top with caramelized apples, drizzle with caramel sauce, and garnish with whipped topping and pecans. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
