Pudding Layer:

  • 1 cup chopped pecans, toasted
  • 1 cup caramel ice cream topping
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 (3.4 oz) package instant vanilla pudding mix

Instructions

  1. Cream Cheese Layer: In a medium bowl, beat softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in half of the whipped topping and spread the mixture evenly into the graham cracker crust.
  2. Pudding Layer: In another bowl, whisk together milk and vanilla pudding mix until smooth and thickened, about 2 minutes. Fold in the remaining whipped topping and spread this layer over the cream cheese layer. Drizzle half of the caramel topping over the pudding layer, then sprinkle with toasted chopped pecans.
  3. Chill: Chill the pie for at least 4 hours or until set. Before serving, drizzle remaining caramel sauce over the top.
