- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
- Caramelize Onions: Heat olive oil in a skillet, add onions and salt, cook slowly for 25-30 mins until golden. Sprinkle sugar after 10 mins. Stir in balsamic vinegar, cook for 2 mins. Cool.
- Make Dip: In a bowl, mix sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Fold in caramelized onions. Chill for 1 hour.
- Serve: Enjoy with potato chips.
