Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Sauté aromatics: In a large skillet or saucepan, melt butter and sauté onion until softened. Add garlic and cook briefly.
  3. Make the roux: Stir in flour and cook to form a roux.
  4. Prepare the filling: Gradually whisk in seafood stock and cream. Add seasoning, shrimp, crab, vegetables, and cheddar cheese.
  5. Assemble the pie: Pour the seafood filling into a pie dish. Top with spoonfuls of prepared biscuit dough.
