- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
Additional Ingredients:
- 8 small corn or flour tortillas
- 1 ½ cups shredded Mexican cheese blend
- ½ cup diced white onion
- ½ cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 avocado (sliced)
- Lime wedges for serving
Instructions
- Marinate the Steak: In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic, lime juice, orange juice, cumin, chili powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Marinate the steak for at least 1 hour.
- Grill the Steak: Preheat a grill or skillet, grill the steak for 4-5 minutes per side. Let it rest and slice thinly.
- Prepare the Tacos: Warm tortillas, sprinkle cheese, add sliced steak, onion, cilantro, and avocado. Serve with lime wedges.
