For the Beef Mixture:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced

- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

- 1 bag (22 oz) frozen French fries

Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the Beef Mixture: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic until browned. Drain excess fat. Stir in salt, pepper, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and cream of mushroom soup. Add 1 cup of cheddar cheese.
- Transfer to Baking Dish: Transfer the beef mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish and spread evenly.
- Add French Fries: Top with frozen French fries in a single layer.
- Bake: Bake uncovered for 35–40 minutes until fries are crispy. Sprinkle extra cheese on top if desired. Garnish with pickles and green onions before serving.
