Cheesecake Balls:

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs, plus extra for coating

Additional:

  • 1 cup white or semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
  • Optional toppings: sprinkles, chopped nuts, shredded coconut

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract and mix until well combined.

  3. Stir in the graham cracker crumbs until fully incorporated.
  4. Place the mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to firm up.

  5. Once chilled, scoop out tablespoon-sized portions and roll them into balls.
  6. Place the cheesecake balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and freeze for 15 to 20 minutes until firm.
