  • 2 green onions (finely chopped)
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)

  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (for frying)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken Mixture: In a large bowl, mix together the chicken, eggs, flour, mozzarella, Parmesan, green onions, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, mayonnaise, and parsley until well combined.
